Anniversary you wonder?

Yep, I just realized a couple days ago that Olive Ducks is 2 years old today! It's been a wild and difficult past couple of years and I'm very grateful to have fellow Ducks fans to converse with on the forum. Thanks to everyone.

Stop in a say hi. Most folks that stop by the site aren't members or logged in at least. It would be great to hear from some of you that haven't logged in for a while or never signed up. We've had several new members this season, which has been really nice.

Pretty Cool Thanx Phil, I know I'm enjoying the site.
As for this game, I'm not sure I've ever felt so conflicted about a bowl game. I want to see the seniors go out with a win, but I just don't think AB will fare any better against the Sooners than he did against the Utes. I would be happy to be wrong. We are also very thin, with little depth. I'm hoping for no injuries, and a last minute TD to pull out the win. ..Go Ducks!!!

Happy Anniversary and this platform is a thousand times better because of the ABSENCE of Orange Army and his sock puppets with the mind numbing approach of...oregon state sports are best elevated not by analyzing their own performances but by criticizing Oregon. Sometimes it is the subtractions which provide the most satisfaction!😁

Having written that, yes more regular commenters are welcome...no osu or uw trolls here so post away!

Happy Anniversary! Looking forward to more years of civil discussions here.

I'm interested in seeing how A Brown does in this game now that D Williams has declared for the NFL. I felt that he looked for Williams way too often during the season. Also hoping to see some extended time from J Butterfield, R Ashford, or T Thompson.

Waiting for this interminable Cheez-it Bowl to end. 😉

I’ll also be cheering Friday night for Georgia’s defense to kick butt and the commentators to remind everyone every ten minutes that Lanning is Oregon’s new HC.

Same here, I'm sure they'll remind us every 5 minutes on Lanning lol.

At first I thought start Ty, but A Brown deserves to start at least. I'm curious too and have no idea what to expect this game.

Thanks goodness for no Orange Army. I talked to org early on and still have the same belief that allowing the trolls would've been good for site traffic. More isn't merrier though. It was a 3 ring circus back in the old days! OR would post over 50% of comments on a single article with 5+ avatars and another set to like the same comments. The majority of the other comments would be arguing with his. You'd have to really scroll through to find the good ones. It was a little comical. Some folks liked commenting just for the drama.

Oklahoma is going to score like they just did. Their defense is missing something like 4 starters and weren't that great during the regular season. If the Ducks want to win they have to put up points This isn't a team you want to dig a hole with.
