Another QB?!?
Does Alabama bring these types of players into its program? I mean a backup at Missouri State? In the entire Transfer Portal this is who will help the program? The scout team at Oregon is a higher level of play than Missouri State football.

I think we now have an entire team of Preferred Walk Ons 
Just gotta trust the coaches. It's a whole new ballgame with NIL.

Not unusual to have a couple QBs get injured. If that happens, you still want a QB to run the scout team. So you get a preferred walk on as insurance. I don't see any problem here. He's not going to see the field, and someone good enough to see the field wouldn't want to come, because he'd be able to play at another FBS team.
