    Avalos first half shutout at home

    Andy Avalos...remember him? Just got shutout in the first half at home... first time in over a decade that has happened at Boise State!

    But lots of turmoil in that program...after 4 games Avalos fired the OC which prompted their starting QB to enter the Transfer Portal.

    Dirk Koetter is the OC...if Avalos has a bad season Koetter could be promoted to head coach.
