I really have mainly read about Bo and hadn't heard him interviewed much. He actually comes off as more humble than I was expecting.
When asked about his improved play this season being mental he said it's actually scheme and execution. He mentions schematically running plays that you're good at on 3rd down. Perhaps common sense, but it's so true and something bad offensive teams don't always do. It's a real asset if you have an OC who can tailor the offense to make the QB successful.
