    Good job by the Ducks coming out strong against a team they know they can beat. This staff just seems to have them focused on the task at hand.

    Indeed. I’m also guessing Lanning has been stressing faster starts to games.

    For all the crazy and questionable targeting calls this season, I can’t fathom how that wasn’t. Technically not leading by the crown, by he was flying like a heat seeking missile right at his head. This whole targeting issue needs revisiting imo. Way too many 1/10th second image reviews and penciling of the centimeters, without the aggressive moves. Either let them play (as they did here), or call everything.
