I never like to see players get injured...in this case Travis Dye was such a key factor in Oregon's successes in recent years...despite being a USC Trojan this year...this is a disappointing situation.

I was very disappointed when Travis transferred to U$C, but I hated to see that. I doubt he goes to the NFL, so his football days are over. Wish him the best in his future.

The reality of the sport is that you are always one play, one hit, from ending your playing days. Nobody wants to say goodbye to their younger selves on a stretcher….
That said, nothing but respect for the Dye brothers and what they did on and off the field to carry the UO banner from 4-8 to Rose Bowl champs and doing their fair share of the heavy lifting to make this program attractive to recruits again which is translating to W’s.
