What are the chances Hutson gets to talk to the media again

Twitter? 😂 I checked over 10 different MEDIA platforms...ESPN, AP News, OLive, LA Times, etc... NOTHING re Bo Nix coming back next year. Anyone, literally, can start a rumor via Twitter.
First of all I don't believe Nix will make a decision until after the season and he has the opportunity to talk with pro scouts, etc.
Second, Nix will make the announcement himself and it will be BIG news and not a rumor.
Speaking of Twitter, I read an article which said one of the main jokes trending over Twitter(I don't have an account) is about wacko Elon Musk...
“buying twitter for $44 billion to make it worthless in the span of 2 weeks is the closest elon musk will get to donating money”

The main discussion was whether he’d play Saturday, along with links to Lanning’s response.
Crepea is always on top of these things - he must monitor day and night!
I try to avoid the political strife on Twitter. My main reason for staying is to follow Super 70s Sports for daily doses of comic relief.
That said, if you’re selective, it is an excellent source of information from people in the know. Akili Smith, for example, seemed to have the inside track on our last coaching search, Tweeting about Lanning interviewing for the job before anyone else.

Everyone knew Hutson went down to stop the clock, and nothing could literally be done at the time about it. He was coached to game the situation under the current rules. It’s a matter of player safety to stop the clock and render aid to the injured at no penalty to the team. Hutson coming out with his comments will lead to unintended results, unfortunately. The rules committed review this stuff every year. What happens when in the name of player safety an injured player is not allowed to return to the game and has to sit out a series or a quarter after being aided off the field? All to protect player safety but really to protect the integrity of the game…

If Bo's really out we'll get to see what Ty can do with meaningful minutes outside of garbage time.
You'd have to think the team gets warned frequently about not spilling the beans about internal affairs on social media. Hutson has probably been spoken to already about the matter. Unless this is all an elaborate hoax and Bo will be back Saturday? Probably not likely and Hutson was just getting careless with giving out information.
@DR Twitter is certainly not good for paying attention to fan theories and I've never been inclined to engage in any discourse there. It is often the first source to report things that do indeed end up being true though. Take for example Seven MgGee in that Twitter was speculating about his transfer many weeks before he did based on his Tweets. Wilner is also a regular and Tweets new info before he writes stories. I was checking in on his Tweets when the LA teams first announced they were leaving since Wilner was giving a lot of relevant info on Twitter. Players often times share a lot of info too. Prior to games you can sometimes get good intell if a player has been seen in unformium that's been hurt and may or may not be playing.

Fan theories aren't even worth mentioning, LOL. Agree Wilner is a good follow. John Walters is as well, in general and for ASU insights. Fentress, George Wrighster... don't know about Goe. Not sure how much real information he has anymore. Whenever one of his Tweets pops up, it's usually along the lines of ye olde "The Beavers may surprise people / The Ducks' prospects appear troubling" routine.
Re: "elaborate hoax." Good grief I thought of that as well, i.e. if he's spilling that fake injuries were part of the game plan, maybe dropping false information on Bo's status is part of the plan as well? If so, things are getting a bit too corny!

Re Twitter... Supposedly bots only make up 5% of monetized users but they create from 20 to 30% of the content. I have simply never seen the benefit of filtering through 280 max characters when the more complete content is soon to follow. Wilner, like many, uses Twitter as a "preview" to the full story so he can channel readers to the bigger picture. I get it but if I read a tweet at 9 am before the "big" story comes out later in the day, that has like zero importance for me. If Nix is returning next year and the source is anyone but Nix himself, I am skeptical.
Re injuries...I think, to borrow the title of Malcolm Gladwell's book, we are at a tipping point. If football really cared about short and long term player safety, we would see flag football at every level.
Now plays are being reviewed for targeting even when there is no penalty flag thrown.
But you never see as review for a missed face masking call when no penalty flag is thrown. Why? It is not reviewable.
Downhill skiing, ice hockey, baseball...many sports have inherent injury risks...football has decided they are going to put plays under a frame by frame analysis to determine what is safe. The sport itself is "unsafe" and routinely produces lifetime CTE issues.
If players can, within the rules, fake injuries, essentially brag about it and nothing happens other than an internal rebuke, then all it means is football is moving closer to professional wrestling...to say nothing of the current state of affairs with officiating.

I did not like it when players faked injuries to stop the Chip offense and still think its a bad look for any team. I really think the world of Hutson as he is committed to the program and allows himself to be coached up when he screws up, but this was a betrayal of his coaches and I am not sure if he grasps gamesmanship and politicking that comes with it...
Regarding social media, this is it for me, and thankfully so...
