Moore flips to UCLA
Time to find another QB, and one may be already thinking about flipping to us from Baylor, so maybe not a portal kid.

lots of good stuff from Biggins in that linked piece about how Moore is ready to start next year at the P5 level. UCLA moving to the B1G after next year; Moore is from the Detroit area. Bo coming back at UO. and anybody who's ever walked the UCLA campus . . . this seems inevitable.
Moore projects as a traditional pocket passer, so Chip will have to adapt his O. I'm also interested to see how Stein changes the Duck O to accommodate Bo (or if he does). does Nix want to use another year to prepare for the NFL, or is this it, and then on to a career in coaching or sports marketing? with a nice little nest egg to start his next life?
The O has Crepea's story about Moore flipping blocked as a "subscriber exclusive". why? what possible content does Crepea have that's not available elsewhere?

Clearly Moore was looking to be a Day One starter and with no incumbent starter UCLA was in a better position to offer that up. Nix returning made it clear that Moore would ride the pine until garbage time or injury, so the timing of the flip is not terribly coincindental. It's business.
That said, this was not a miss by the Ducks. They had him until they did not...

Do you have the O’s Ducks football app? It allows you to read all the subscriber exclusive content. Found that out from someone here but can’t remember who or i’d give credit.
