Hoping his dreams come true🙏
He took the high road and blamed himself but I am not sure I totally buy into his reasoning for his production to drop in half from the previous year. In part because it wasn't just him but the whole defensive unit had issues.
Regardless it is a moot point now.

Sometimes it gets frustrating when a player takes a step back and looks distant. With Noah I've never once questioned his effort or potential and more than anything just wanted him to succeed last year.
A lot of defensive players with major talent were not looking so great last year. Moving forward a lot of questions about the coaching need to be answered. Noah like the rest of the Sewell's always take the highroad and I wish him the best as well.

I was not sold on Lupoi coming to Oregon, and he has not let me down in my diminished expectations. Guy is a legendary recruiter- that is it. He is not a X's and O's guy and never will be. He bubble wrapped Sewell in practice and then expected Dick Butkis on game days, proving the point that you play as well as you practice as instead of Dick Butkis, the Ducks got Dick van Patten on the field /sarc. No wonder it was such an easy decision to bolt as his draft stock was falling...

For me, Tosh gets another year. With some of the defensive analysts DL has added, I think he feels the same way.
