These type of articles leave me confused as much as anything.

These issues...more time in the gym; three point shooting...I checked and Oregon ranks 257th in the nation in free throw percentage of all NCAA schools...maybe Altman needs to look for different types of recruits or transfers?

Maybe some players need to work more on other facets of their games and not worry about three point shooting?

It feels like Altman coaches without any consequences for undesirable attitude, practice habits or performance.

We all saw the differences in the three NIT games...so at no time in the regular season was there an opportunity to "shake up" the starting lineup and try something else?

I don't think Altman needs to be a better coach...he needs to be a better LEADER.
