Looks like it is going to be another team rebuild for Altman in preparation for next season🙄 So far 3 players have left to transfer coupled with departing seniors.
Now Altman will again need to spend an entire season figuring out how to communicate / connect with a "new" team and getting them to work together...something I am not sure he does well.
People frequently grumble about how college football is being ruined...with a smaller number of players plus one and done in addition to the Transfer Portal and NIL...I think what is happening with college basketball is much worse than football.
Also players can go to mid majors; play and have their team get into the "big dance." More options.

Kel'el Ware, Tyrone Williams and now Luk Wur. And how many more players might bail. Joining the Ducks are 5* star Kwame Evans and 4* stars Mookie Cook and Jackson Shelstad. IMO, I think it would be a disaster in the making if Bronny James becomes a Duck. Altman played head games with Ware and now he's gone. What is he going to do with the incoming guys, pull them from a game if they make a turnover or miss a shot? The pressure would be on to play James a lot of minutes, especially with dad in the stands. And are Evans, Cook and Shelstad one and done's? I still believe Altman is a good coach and I want him to stay. He will have a busy off season. Lot's of questions to be answered and about six months to get it done.

Spot on about the head games.
One thing I've always dilsliked about Altman is the phycological crap he plays with some of his guys. Every year there is at LEAST one guy that isn't given an inch of runway to make a mistake. Literally, one missed shot or turnover and their back on the bench. Playing a guy for 20 seconds is not an uncommon sight at Oregon. How can you expect a player to grow and learn without even a chance to break a sweat? All it does is destroy confidence.
But then he'll trun around and play a tool like Richardson for 40 minutes, Drives.......me...........nuts!!!!
