I don't think it will make much of a difference in the total numbers but I do believe it will be approved.
What sometimes get lost in all the chatter is the fact that coaches use the TP as well to "suggest" to an athlete to move along. It is not strictly an athlete driven option.
Deion Sanders took over a 1-11 team and he clearly helped "usher" players out of the Colorado program.
Nor am I naive enough to believe the 50 or so players who have departed Oregon in the last 18 months all did so on their own initiative.

I agree, the TP goes both ways, and I'm sure all coaches, including Coach Lanning, made "suggestions" to certain players. I also don't think this will have much impact. I'm waiting to see if NIL is ever addressed. That is a bigger issue for me than the TP.
