Wow, another nice fourth down stop. Great man coverage. We were getting sacks in the first, but they were moving the ball. Last couple quarters no sacks, but stopping them on forth.

Will we see Nix?

I can't complain with the production this year, but I don't think if Oregon had to, they could end a game by chewing up clock and pounding the rock all the way down the field to salt a game away. But I think it's just not in the cards this year. We seem to be a pass to set up the run offense. I thought it would/could be the opposite.

Run-blocking has been sub-par this year imo.

Agreed, this is something for them to work on. It seems like they had to tell it to be good on the run and chew up clock.

That was a pretty balanced drive. A couple nice runs and a dart for a TD. It’s Stanford, Lanning was not going to let them slip back in.

On another (happy) topic, that was a big stop on fourth down. The D was getting a bit based on third down there.

I noticed Bo made his way to the sideline a number of times. I like that he’s not trying to take on hits for a few more yards like last year. At the same time he’s still using his legs some and is it just being a pocket passer like we were concerned before the season started with him entering the draft.

Have fun over there. I’ve been to a number of European countries, but regrettably have yet to visit Germany. I believe we even had a member on the site initially that was from Germany. This is going to be a big game. I always remember the big games for the ducks when I’m on vacation like I was saying with that Washington game when I was visiting Denver keep us posted and go ducks!
