    Big Ten not having its best year image-wise

    It began with Northwestern firing their head coach over allegations of major hazing and related issues.

    Then the fiasco at Michigan State whose program is in shambles and now Michigan.

    Competitive-wise one can't help but feel optimistic for the UO, UW, UCLA and USC moving into the Big Ten next season but the conference itself is a mess otherwise.
