NCAA "approves" Pac-2 as a "conference"

There is a two-year grace period to become a legitimate conference with 8 teams.

As well, apparently Oregon is working to schedule OSU next September.

I still believe regardless of the legal proceedings and all related maneuverings, the reality is going to be harsh in thinking coaches and players in all sports will stick around for a couple of years to see what happens.

To say nothing of trying to attract high school recruits and Transfer Portal players. NIL deals?

Now maybe after the dust has settled in X number of years, things will be better but the two smallest schools(city and stadium-wise) in the Pac-12 with the fewest NCAA team championships(OSU 4 / WSU 2) between them are not going to build a P5 level conference with significant media rights deals.
