Huskies win ugly for another week in a row

To me facing the Huskies is the rivalry game of the year.

I would love to just trounce them next week.

It's been excruciating having to have to actually root for the Huskies to eek out a win. They needed a 42 yard FG to beat an WSU team that's been in the dumpster for the second half of the season.

The Ducks should have an edge with an extra day.

I can't wait for Friday.

Go Ducks!!!

Re: Huskies win ugly for another week in a row

go figure Wazzu losing 6 in a row (ASU, Cal, Tree), and then getting well v Deion & Buffs just in time for the Apple Cup. Cougs should have won that game today.
props to DeBoer for going for it on 4th&1 from his own 29 with a little more than a minute left in a tie game. he had a play he liked, and it worked. all the way to the winning FG.
Dawgs look eminently beatable, esp by the Oregon team we've seen the past 5 weeks. Ducks are up to -9.5 in some sportsbooks. which means nothing until we play the game.

Go Gators. terminate Free Shoes.
and would it be too much to hope for Furd (currently 21-16 ND) to beat Notre Dame? thereby diminishing one of tOSU's "quality wins"?
need UGA to put away Bama in the SEC Championship. I don't think there's any case for UT-Austin to pass the Ducks w a win over Okie St in the B12 Championship.

it's all right there in front of us. 60 minutes, or as long as it takes.
Q. Who are we playing next week?
A. OREGON!

Re: Huskies win ugly for another week in a row

Yes and yes in agreeing with both previous posts.

Watching the game I kept thinking …. I want the Cougs to win, but I don’t?”  Painful. Penix hasn’t looked that good for several games, Fuskies are very beatable. We need to play clean and stick to our game plan. Bo is in the zone. Lanning and Co. have had the team ready each week. Let’s go kick some Fusky ass!

Re: Huskies win ugly for another week in a row

As it looks now only the SEC and Pac-12 will have BOTH teams in their championship game ranked in the Top 10.

THAT HAS TO HELP Oregon.

BIG Michigan v Iowa

Big 12 Texas vs Oklahoma State

ACC FSU v Louisville who lost today.

Note: I am happy for former Duck Trey Benson who is a key player for FSU.
