Re: NCAA Bracketology

I thought their record would've been good enough to be included at this point.

It's early so hopefully they can get more healthy. With all the injuries it seems like things could be a lot worse.

Re: NCAA Bracketology

They are on the bubble, which I interpret to mean a cautious optimism.  They are playing shorthanded but incredibly inspired ball at the moment, but these guys will get tired over the stretch if hurt guys don't get healthy again and soon.  The sands of the hourglass are emptying for Altman's career, I'm sure he wants to make another deep run with this program while he still has "it."

Re: NCAA Bracketology

These next two years may be the best shot for deep runs for Oregon. The chemistry seems great, we have a star PG in the making, some good vets and some great Freshman talent. If Dante and Bittle come back this year watch out!! And if not too many guys transfer next year, we'll still get Bittle back and an experienced, talented team.

Health is everything. Oregon is due for some better luck with injuries at some point. Haven't felt this good about men's BB in several years.

Oh, and BTW Lunardi now has us as a 12 seed I believe. So finally getting some love.

Re: NCAA Bracketology

ESPN has the Ducks as a 12 seed as a AQ, meaning that they won't be good enough to win, place or show in the conference regular season but peak in time to win the tournament.

Lol. Then ESPN are fucking idiots!!

I don't feel I'm going out on a limb here, but if we even get just Dante back healthy for the duration, I can't see us finishing anywhere LOWER than 2nd in the conference. Have to remember that ESPN hates the P12 and had a lot to do with the killing of the conference, so they won't give anyone respect except for their darlings Arizona. The conference is down this year, but them saying Oregon won't be top 3 is laughable, just like ESPN!
