He was down, and is there targeting???
For all the crazy and questionable targeting calls this season, I can’t fathom how that wasn’t. Technically not leading by the crown, by he was flying like a heat seeking missile right at his head. This whole targeting issue needs revisiting imo. Way too many 1/10th second image reviews and penciling of the centimeters, without the aggressive moves. Either let them play (as they did here), or call everything.
Really?
I don't think in any universe that was targeting.
This IS still the game of football isn't it?

Crap, there goes the shutout. Really can't let that happen. Bad news for the Buffs is Oregon offense back on the field.

Steve Stephens is so agonizingly slow!

GEORGIA GAME SPOILER ALERT
how bizarre would it be if the game ended with the same score as the Georgia-Oregon game?

On a side note: Folsom Field has to be the most beautiful setting for a football stadium in America.

Ducks have done a great job scoring at the end of the first half, and also to start the 3rd..we'll see what happens. Nice to see our TEs getting some love

Didn’t think it was. My point being I’ve seen so many BS targeting calls on hits that were not dangerous for the ball carrier, last being a “crown” but to the shoulder pad that was called. Not less egregious as this non-call, but that one was. Bassa is returning 2nd half from a targeting call that was to the defenders back. I would rather get rid of targeting all-together except for blatant ones.

The entire campus setting is fabulous, as is the town center close by.

Absolutely and un-equivalently yes!
Couldn't agree more. This is a horrible rule and should only be called when it is blatantly obvious. And I think every football fan knows immediately when it's obvious.
I'm so sick of defenders not getting to play football anymore. This includes pass interference.

Sounds like you have been there?
Would be nice to go some day.
